Orient Sense has been a wholesaler of boutique Asian inspired lien for more than 15 years. They had great success selling to stores in Australia and the USA. They wanted to move their sales online and started selling on Amazon in the US. The results where less that exciting and they needed help to boost sales on their store.

Strategy

Elevator set to work analysing the storefront and the backend Amazon search engine. An audit report was completed with recommendations on changes across copy, photography and back end keyword selection. Once approved, the changes rolled out across several weeks with an optimisation process over several months. Internal Amazon and external Adwords campaigns drove traffic to the store for sales and to increase organic ranking. Email campaigns drove traffic from their data base of existing customers.

Results

Sales began to rise steadily from the first weeks and continued to build over the year with a 248% increase over the previous year.
