Northstar Martial Arts runs two dojo’s in Sydney with over 1500 active students. It came to Elevator with a desire to re-brand and increase conversions with a new website.
Strategy
Elevator studied the sector and the competition. We developed the new brand architecture with a brand book and then applied that to the website design. Video become a large part of the selling process on the website with testimonials from teachers and students. Seperate sections of the site made it easy for prospects to engage in discovery of the brand while members have a seperate area for themselves and booking classes.
Results
The website increased conversions of online registrations 61% in the first year. The website has since expanded to include an ecommerce solution for online courses. Since building the website, Elevator has work with Northstar on local campaigns, SEO and marketing collateral to drive membership and retention.
